STEVE OLAYINKA
Steve has his first degree in Banking and Finance and a Masters Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations. He worked in the Human Resources Division of Seven Up Bottling Co. Plc – he was the Human Resources Manager in Benin Plant, Enugu Plant , the Manpower Development Manager and later General Manager, Human Resources where he had over 18 years cognate experience. Steve is an accomplished speaker, author and management writer.
ABIODUN JOSEPH ODEYEMI
Abiodun studied Purchasing and Supply Management, became an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply UK, MCIPS (London), AMNIM, M.Sc. Managerial Psychology. He is an accredited trainer by CMD. He is also a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Auditor by SON. He is N experienced management practitioner with over 20 years of experience spanning the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy. Mr. Odeyemi is a specialist in business/process development, employee’s motivation, productivity improvement and attitudinal change. Mr. Odeyemi has his working experience with West African Portland Cement and Paints (Sandtex), CSS Bookshops, Sterling Pharmaceutical Products, SKG Pharma, Nigerdock. Mr Odeyemi was the General Manager, Supply Chain, Pivot Engineering Nig. Ltd.
IDOWU W. SOTOMI
Idowu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Postgraduate Diplomas in Public Relations and Economics as well as a Masters Degree in Economics. His working career has spanned over 27 years in many organizations such as Laoyto Nigeria Ltd., Associated Vintage Services (AVS) Group, Lagos and many subsidiaries of UAC of Nigeria Plc. He held such positions as Asst. Regional Sales Manager, Asst. Customer Services Manager, Customer Services Manager, National Sales Co-ordinator, National Customer Manager, Business Development Co-ordinator, National Customer Service Manager and Supply Chain Manager in Chemical &Allied Products Plc.. He was the National Sales and Marketing Manager in UACN Property Development Co. Plc as well as National Sales Manager in Spring Waters of Nigeria Ltd.
OLUKAYODE AKINSOLA
Kayode has a B.Sc. Mass Communication and MBA in Human Resources Management. He has acquired over 28 years experience spanning across Customer Service, Marketing, Procurement, Human Resources and Logistics. He worked with UACN, Unilever and DHL/Exel Logistics. He attended numerous local and international courses. He was involved in vital outsourcing arrangement when Unilever outsourced its distribution activities to DHL/Exel in 2004 He is currently in private practice in Management Consultancy, Training and Human Resource service provider.
